We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our front doors on Monday 8th June 2020.
Please note that due to the Government restrictions regarding Covid 19 we will be open for business as usual, but we will have to put restrictions in place, as much as we love to see you all for a coffee and a chat we are going to have to restrict this from happening, we will be operating a limit of customers allowed in the shop at the same time and ask you to please adhere to the signage situated around the shop.
The Burger Bar outside will be open so you are welcome to come along but please adhere to the government restrictions in place.
It would help us if you wish to come and see a motorcycle that you make an appointment and restrict it to a max of two people, this way we can keep you and our staff safe and make it a personal experience. You will also be able to purchase online or by phone, we can send you a video of the motorcycle so if you are not sure about coming to the shop we can sort it all out for you and even deliver if requested.
We will also be taken orders over the phone for any parts that you need to purchase or order and then when they arrive we will contact you and they will be ready for you to pick up safely.
We will still be operating Courtesy bikes and road tests and again we will have a procedure in place which we will confirm when you book your service or test ride. Our motorcycles will be regularly sanitised along with any of the motorcycles we are working on.
There will be a one way system operating around the shop and we would ask that you respect other customers in the shop and also our staff and adhere to the 2 metre distance at all times.
If the maximum number allowed in the shop is reached we will be operating a one in and one out system, please be patient with us. As we have only one door at the front we ask that if somebody is coming out please let them safely pass first.
We have hand sanitiser situated at the front door and also around the shop, if you require any help then please ask a member of staff, your health and safety is important to us.
Our main priority is to keep you our Customers and Staff save during this time, hopefully this will return to normal as quickly as possible, but in the meantime we must follow the Government guide lines.
Thank you for understanding and for continuing to give us your business, your support means a lots to us at Kings Two Wheel Centre during this
Take care and stay safe,
Steve and Sandra Polden
